As a Data Consultant, you will be a key member of our Client Experience Team. Working within our Centre of Excellence, you will lead the data onboarding process for clients, providing expert guidance and support during their onboarding phase, addressing data-related requirements, challenges, and objectives. Collaborating with sales and project teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to implementation.

Your key responsibilities as a Data Consultant will be to:

• Engage with clients to understand their data needs, challenges, and objectives.
• Analyse and implement data solutions to meet client requirements in line with delivery objectives and implementation timelines.
• Identify and integrate relevant data sources into the database, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated data solutions that match client expectations.
• Provide data expertise and tailored solutions during the pre-sales phase to effectively address client needs and win new business.

To join us as a Data Consultant you will need the following experience and skills:

• You must have knowledge or experience in data collection, transformation, analysis, or integration.
• You will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data challenges and develop innovative solutions.
• You should have a proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and also deliver independently when required.
• You will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders across multiple nations.
• You must have a client-focused approach, with the ability to understand and anticipate client needs and deliver outstanding service.
• You will have strong technical skills in data analysis, data management, and data integration, and be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
