Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans and scalable automated test cases.
Take ownership of the test strategy for key features and components of Google's wearable devices.
Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to identify risks and deliver creative testing solutions.
Improve testing processes by researching and evaluating new tools and optimizing existing tests.
Develop robust, reusable test tools and infrastructure that contribute to the team's core automation frameworks.
Create reliable and efficient tests for areas of ownership.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in software testing.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Software Test Engineer or similar role.
Experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Strong understanding of Android platform, Wear OS, or other embedded systems.
Excellent communication skills to communicate complex findings and new initiatives to executive leaders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
