Data Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Assistant to support our data management and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, entering, verifying, and maintaining accurate data in company databases, assisting with reports, and ensuring smooth data flow across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets or company databases.
• Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
• Assist in analyzing data and preparing summaries for management.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of company information.
• Support other team members with administrative and reporting tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Computer Science, Commerce, or Data-related fields).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets (knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Basic understanding of data management and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
