Job Title: Team Lead – Data Annotation

About the Role
Qualitas Global is seeking Team Leads to supervise and manage Data Annotation operations across multiple projects. This role demands strong leadership, communication excellence, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment supporting cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams working on data annotation and QC tasks
• Oversee productivity, accuracy, shift performance, and timely project delivery
• Monitor and support night shift operations (one position dedicated to night shift leadership)
• Handle resource management, task allocation, and stakeholder coordination
• Communicate project status and productivity updates via chats and emails
• Conduct training and performance feedback to ensure operational excellence

Who Can Apply

Experienced Candidates:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Annotation and QC for Lead-level roles
• Team handling experience with medium to large teams (50–200+ employees)
• Comfortable working weekends and rotational shifts
• Strong client communication and problem-solving skills

Freshers:

• Graduate or MBA in Business, Operations, Marketing, or related fields
• Smart, analytical, and confident personality with leadership potential
• Excellent communication and willingness to work in fast-paced environments
