Data Annotation Specialist

Role Overview: As a Data Annotation Specialist (2D & 3D) at our company, your primary responsibility will be to support our AI and Computer Vision initiatives by creating high-quality labeled datasets using various annotation techniques across 2D (images, videos) and 3D (LiDAR, point clouds) data. Key Responsibilities: - Perform detailed annotations such as bounding boxes, polygon/semantic/instance segmentation, keypoints, cuboids, and object tracking. - Handle 2D and 3D datasets including images, videos, depth maps, LiDAR scans, and point clouds. - Utilize annotation tools like CVAT, LabelMe, Roboflow, Labelbox, Supervisely, and relevant 3D annotation platforms. - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and productivity in alignment with project standards. - Review and validate annotations for quality and correctness prior to submission. - Collaborate with engineering, QA, and data teams to enhance annotation workflows. - Identify and report annotation conflicts or unclear cases to enhance guidelines and dataset integrity. Qualification Required: - 1 year of experience in data annotation or related tasks. - Familiarity with annotation techniques such as segmentation, bounding boxes, polygons, and keypoints. - Basic knowledge of 3D data formats like LiDAR or point clouds. - Proficiency in annotation tools like Roboflow and CVAT (or willingness to learn). - Strong attention to detail, ability to follow complex instructions, and effective communication skills. - Basic understanding of computer vision concepts is an added advantage.
