As an AI/ML Engineer with 13 years of hands-on experience in computer vision and conversational AI, you will be responsible for training and deploying custom object detection models using YOLO on custom datasets. Your expertise in machine learning and working knowledge of OpenCV and AI/ML frameworks, along with exposure to OpenAI's ChatGPT and chatbot development, will be essential for this role. Additionally, any experience in AR/VR will be considered a plus. Your key responsibilities will include preprocessing and annotating data for training, implementing and optimizing object detection pipelines using OpenCV, and developing AI chatbots using OpenAI's ChatGPT API. You will also work with basic ML algorithms for classification, clustering, and regression tasks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and explore the integration of AI solutions into AR/VR environments. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of YOLO object detection models, proficiency in OpenCV for image processing, and experience with OpenAI's GPT models and chatbot development. Good programming skills in Python and knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX Runtime, and Scikit-learn are required. Familiarity with tools like Roboflow, LabelImg, and FiftyOne, as well as Git version control and experience working in agile environments, will be beneficial. Preferred skills include exposure to AR/VR technologies, experience in deploying models to edge devices, and a solid understanding of basic ML algorithms. This full-time, permanent position offers a flexible schedule, paid sick time, and a day shift from Monday to Friday in Mohali, Punjab. In-person work is required. Experience in AI/ML for at least 1 year is required for this role.
