Key Focus Area:

• Data Analysis:
  • Collect, Clean and Analyse Real Estate Market Data and Behaviour
  • Assist in generating reports in Power BI and Excel / Tableau to integrate the data to visible business metrics

• Digital Content Creation:
  • Create high quality and engaging content based on the data (in visual, written) for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) and for our organisation
  • Translate the analytical findings to clear and actionable recommendations to enhance customer awareness and guide decision making

Strong proficiency in English is mandatory while Hindi, Kannada and any European languages will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA 2024 / 2025 batch from Marketing, Business or Commerce from Bangalore
• Strong Proficiency in English is compulsory, while Hindi, Kannada along with any foreign languages will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of advanced MS Excel, Power BI compulsory while AI platforms will be an added advantage
• Should have strong interest in Real Estate Industry and Business Analytics
