Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Upload and manage reports/data on Azure as per schedule (daily/weekly/monthly).
Prepare weekly reports related to (NPD) new product development updates.
Support weekly reporting and monitoring of (IVR)Interactive Voice Response data.
Tag and categorize IGCC comments for easy tracking and analysis.
Compile weekly ratings and reports, excluding the detailed data verification step.
Maintain weekly MIS reports and DITA rating formats for review.
