Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analytics Engineer who can manage end-to-end implementations of our analytics solutions. This role requires expertise in data tracking, engineering, and visualization. The ideal candidate will work directly with clients, set up tracking plans, build data pipelines, and create insightful dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain marketing analytics solutions across GA4 GTM, and CDPs like Segment or RudderStack.
  • Develop and optimize data pipelines using BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
  • Integrate ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) for marketing performance tracking.
  • Design and implement tracking plans using tools like GTM.
  • Automate reporting and build dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, or Looker Enterprise.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across analytics platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize marketing attribution models.
  • Hands-on exposure to one of the product analytics platforms, Mixpanel/Amplitude/HEAP.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in GA4 GTM and server-side tagging (SST).
  • Understanding of Browser cookies and setting up consent mgmt
  • Experience with SQL and data warehousing (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift).
  • Experience in API integration and setting up a data pipeline
  • Proficiency in BI tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or Looker Enterprise.
  • Hands-on experience with CDPs (Segment, RudderStack) and event tracking tools (Heap, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
  • Understanding of ad platform integrations and marketing attribution models.
  • Ability to write and debug JavaScript for tracking implementations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Python for data processing and automation.
  • Exposure to Airbyte or Fivetran for ETL workflows.
  • Experience in deploying and managing marketing analytics stacks in Google Cloud or AWS.
  • Understanding of telemetry and product analytics best practices.
