Job Description

BE/B Tech/ME/M Tech/MCA/MSc (IITs, IISc, IIITs, BITS, NITs or similar institutions).

2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data analysis tool and in-depth knowledge of programming language (Python, R, etc.).
Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data validation, and data quality checks.
Strong communication skills for preparing and delivering presentations to stakeholders.

Job Profile

Collaborate with multiple UIDAI divisions to collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
Generate insightful reports and dashboards to inform decisions by technical, operational, and policy stakeholders.
Identify data patterns, trends, and anomalies to support performance evaluation, risk assessment, and policy design.
Present findings and summaries to non-technical stakeholders using clear visualizations and narratives.
Support the development of data documentation, data dictionaries, and metric definitions. Work closely with engineering and data science teams to ensure data pipelines meet analytics requirements.
Provide ad hoc analyses and assist in creating data-driven job descriptions, templates, and standard operating procedures.
