Job Summary:

Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to support business initiatives.
Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
Automate repetitive data processes to improve efficiency.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular updates.
Ensure data governance and compliance with company policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
Knowledge of machine learning basics and predictive modeling.
Familiarity with big data tools and platforms (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
Understanding of business intelligence and data warehousing concepts.
Prior experience working in Agile teams.
