We are looking for a Data Analyst .This role focuses on data integrity, price validation, and revenue impact analysis throughout the catalog integration process. The analyst will play a key part in ensuring all items and service data transitions smoothly, sell prices remain consistent with business goals, and leadership has visibility into financial outcomes of catalog updates.

Job Responsibilties:
- Catalog Data Integration
- Identify data discrepancies and flag items requiring manual review or pricing validation.
- Support code creation, restoration, and archival requests through structured data verification.
- Pricing & Revenue Analysis
- Monitor changes in sell prices, ancillary fees, and items linked to ensure compliance with central pricing strategies.
- Evaluate potential revenue impact of price adjustments or catalog updates.
- Produce side-by-side comparisons of pre- and post-merge pricing to highlight variances and trends.
- Reporting & Insights
- Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards showing catalog changes, revenue impact, and pricing variance trends.
- Develop visual summaries for leadership and operations to easily track integration progress.
- Provide clear documentation and data summaries to support decision-making and crossdepartment communication.
- Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work closely with Catalog Specialists to streamline data validation and import workflows.
- Recommend improvements to data structure, reporting tools, and analytics processes.
- Contribute to ongoing quality assurance initiatives and establish consistent data standards.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 2 4 years of hands-on experience in business analytics, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of SQL or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker).
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data in a compelling and actionable way to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in multi-location retail, healthcare, or veterinary services.
- Experience with pricing analytics, revenue impact analysis, or process improvement
