Data Analyst

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on structured and unstructured survey datasets to identify trends, patterns, and customer insights.
  
• Analyze open-ended (verbatim) responses, tag sentiment, and highlight key themes to support research conclusions.
  
• Prepare and deliver

  client-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations

  that translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Participate in

  client calls and meetings

  to present findings, answer queries, and provide consultative insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Consumer Insights, Marketing, Product, and Experience) to ensure research aligns with business objectives.
  
• Maintain data integrity through rigorous cleaning, validation, and quality checks.
  
• Apply statistical techniques (e.g., regression, segmentation, factor analysis) to support research insights.
  
• Explore new methods, tools, and frameworks to enhance insight generation and client reporting.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Statistics, Market Research, Business Analytics, Psychology, or related fields.
  
• 7+ years’ experience in quantitative research, customer insights, VoC, or CX analytics.
  
• Strong analytical skills with experience handling large survey datasets.
  
• Proficient in

  data visualization, PowerPoint, Excel/Google Sheets

  , and statistical tools (SPSS, R, or Python).
• Skilled in preparing and delivering

  client presentations and insights calls

• Ability to interpret complex data into actionable recommendations for clients.
  
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and data quality.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
