Job Description: Data Insights Analyst Shift Timing: 5PM to 2AM Job Overview: We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Insights Analyst to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making through data storytelling and visualizations. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends and insights. Design and build dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable analysis. Identify KPIs, track performance, and provide recommendations for improvement. Perform ad hoc analysis to support product, marketing, sales, and operations teams. Use statistical techniques to test hypotheses and validate insights. Communicate findings clearly through visualizations, presentations, and reports. Help promote a data-driven culture across the organization. Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in a data insight, business intelligence, or data analyst role. • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). • Experience with data analysis tools/languages (e.g., Python, R, Excel). • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences. • Knowledge of A/B testing, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation is a plus.
