Job Description

Experience: 5+

Location: Pune

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, track, and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) for broadband service quality and operations
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards to monitor system performance and support data-driven decision making
Analyze broadband operational data using SQL to uncover trends, identify anomalies, and generate actionable insights
Leverage domain knowledge of broadband systems to assess the impact of KPIs on network quality and end-user experience
Support go/no-go decisions for new feature rollouts and software deployments with data-backed assessments
Conduct deep-dive investigations into field anomalies or service issues and produce clear, data-driven recommendations
Translate technical performance indicators into meaningful business insights to drive operational and customer experience improvements
