Data Analyst - Product Coding (Dictionary)

Role Overview: At Numerator, we are reinventing the market research industry by providing unmatched insights into consumer behavior and influencers. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assigning attributions to products across various industries, maintaining quality standards, resolving tickets efficiently, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Identify products and assign attributions across industries, ensuring correct classification within the hierarchy - Develop and maintain an established hierarchy/expertise in attributions - Collaborate with India Regional Operations Centre (ROC) teams to provide support and insights - Liaise with other Operations teams to maintain client rules and ensure accurate product coding - Review and check all attributions inputted into the system for quality and accuracy - Deliver data reworks on time and resolve tickets efficiently - Utilize coding systems effectively to drive quality standards and advise on system developments - Seek to understand wider operations processes and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues - Provide support to Coding Specialists, offer expert advice, and assist in onboarding and training new team members - Embrace change and continuous improvement, seek personal feedback, and develop personal impact within the team Qualifications Required: - Experience in a previous Coding role is desirable - Professional proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of office automation, especially in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and PowerBI - Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - Experience in coaching and training coding team members - Experience in managing coding processes Additional Details: Numerator is dedicated to empowering brands and retailers with market intelligence to drive success.
