Core Competencies required for this role include proficiency in SQL Server, ETL-SSIS, data migration, client handling, team handling, and excellent communication skills. Solid experience with SQL Server and ETL-SSIS is essential for making data moves easy. Additionally, experience in data migration, handling clients, leading teams, and strong communication skills are crucial for keeping everyone on the same page. Key responsibilities include analyzing and profiling data from both source and target systems, designing strategies for data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation, implementing ETL processes for data migration using SSIS, and collaborating with tech teams to integrate data into SQL Server efficiently. It is also important to develop and apply strategies to validate data, monitor data quality KPIs, and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders. Applicants are expected to have strong SQL Server knowledge, experience with Oracle databases is a plus, proficiency in SSIS, and familiarity with Power BI. Additionally, experience in data analysis, profiling, and quality assurance is desirable, along with strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
