Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. - Identify non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve compliance gaps. - Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities and related documentation. - Generate periodic reports for management and regulatory audits. - Assist in preparing data for regulatory filings and inspections. - Identify opportunities to streamline compliance processes using MIS tools. - Suggest and implement automation solutions for better data accuracy and reporting efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and Google Sheets. - Knowledge of SQL is a must. - Data Visualization skills are a plus. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and logically understand diverse requirements.
