Role Overview: As a Senior Technical Analyst at NTT DATA, you will be an advanced subject matter expert responsible for providing technical analysis and expertise in the field of technology. You will work closely with IT teams, stakeholders, and end-users to understand complex technology requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, evaluate system performance, and recommend solutions for improvements. Your role will involve providing third-level technical support, documenting IT processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Provide third-level technical support on complex IT systems. - Document IT support processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to maintain an accurate knowledge base. - Assist in triaging and categorizing IT support tickets, prioritizing and escalating issues based on severity. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in IT support, proactively seeking opportunities for professional development. - Provide architectural input on systems and platform selections. - Assess existing technology systems, infrastructure, and processes to identify areas for improvement. - Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend enhancements to optimize technology performance. - Gather and analyze technology requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and recommend appropriate solutions. - Assist in the integration and deployment of new technology solutions. - Ensure seamless integration, compatibility, and adherence to established standards and protocols. - Perform any other related tasks as required. Qualification Required: - Advanced proficiency in maintaining automation systems and/or applications. - Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. - Advanced logical thinking and troubleshooting methodologies. - Advanced knowledge of relevant technologies, systems, and tools. - Ability to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear language. - Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Project management skills. - Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
