As a Data Analyst in our company, your role will involve bridging data infrastructure (SQL, BI dashboards) with product analytics in a SaaS environment. Your main responsibility will be to transform product usage and customer behavior data into insights that drive product, growth, and customer success decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Data Infrastructure & BI - Build and maintain SQL pipelines, queries, and data models. - Own reporting systems and dashboards in Power BI / Looker Studio. - Ensure data quality, reliability, and accessibility across teams. - Product & Behavioral Analytics - Configure and manage Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools. - Set up event tracking for features, funnels, and cohorts. - Analyze feature adoption, retention, churn, and revenue impact. - Attribution & Campaign Tracking - Implement and validate UTM/campaign tracking with marketing & engineering. - Provide accurate attribution and ROI reporting. - Decision Support - Package insights into clear narratives for product, growth, and leadership. - Translate data into KPIs that connect product usage with SaaS growth metrics. - Collaboration - Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to define data needs. - Build self-serve tools and guides to democratize data access. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years in analytics, BI, or product data in a B2B SaaS environment. - Proficient in SQL (query optimization & modeling). - Hands-on with BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio). - Experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar event-based analytics. - Strong grasp of attribution, funnels, cohorts, and SaaS KPIs. - Clear communicator with the ability to tell data-driven stories. In addition to the above responsibilities, we are looking for someone who is familiar with BigQuery, dbt, or Snowflake, has experience in PLG/freemium SaaS models, and is comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-style environments.
