Lead Delivery & Timeliness
Ensure all leads are delivered to the client sheet/CRM
before 11 AM daily
.
Share delivery confirmation in the respective group/email immediately after delivery.
Ensure to check the number of leads generated vs. delivered for each client. If any mismatch is found, highlight it immediately.
Data Sharing & Tracking
Share untouched data in every group
twice daily (morning & afternoon)
.
Actively track and update the status of shared data.
Lead Stage Tracking
Monitor and update the
stage/progress of every delivered lead
on CRM/sheet daily.
Ensure no lead is left without a stage update.
Lead Validation & Quality
Validate leads daily and
share at least 10 interested leads
in the group.
Ensure data accuracy, and maintain
<0% error rate
.
Reporting & Dashboard Management
Update the daily dashboard without any misses.
Ensure all reports (daily/weekly/monthly) are shared on time with
100% accuracy
.
Conversion & Performance
Achieve a minimum of
2% conversion rate per client campaign
.
Highlight and escalate low-performing campaigns with corrective action plans.
