What You’ll Do | 주요 업무

• Analyze sales, marketing, and website data to identify trends and opportunities
• 판매, 마케팅, 웹사이트 데이터를 분석하여 트렌드와 기회 도출
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and e-commerce performance
• KPI 및 전자상거래 성과를 시각화한 대시보드 및 보고서 제작
• Track customer behavior, conversion rates, and retention metrics
• 고객 행동, 전환율, 유지율 등 주요 지표 분석
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to drive data-driven decisions
• 마케팅, 제품, 운영 팀과 협업하여 데이터 기반 의사결정 지원
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize campaigns and website performance
• A/B 테스트 수행 및 결과 분석을 통해 캠페인과 웹사이트 최적화
• Identify anomalies, provide insights, and recommend actionable strategies
• 이상치 분석, 인사이트 도출 및 실행 가능한 전략 제안

What We’re Looking For | 자격 요건

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
• 데이터사이언스, 통계학, 경제학 또는 관련 전공 학사 학위
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in e-commerce or retail
• 데이터 분석 경력 1~3년, 전자상거래/리테일 경험 우대
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools (Python/R, Tableau/Power BI, Google Analytics)
• SQL, Excel, 분석 툴(Python/R, Tableau/Power BI, Google Analytics) 활용 능력
• Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics (conversion rate, AOV, churn, retention)
• 전자상거래 지표(전환율, 평균 주문 금액, 이탈율, 유지율 등) 이해
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• 뛰어난 분석력, 문제 해결 능력, 커뮤니케이션 능력
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• 독립적 업무 수행 능력 및 부서 간 협업 능력
