Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities §  Collecting and processing large and complex data sets from various sources. §  Analysing data using Excel and Company software to identify patterns, trends, and insights. §  Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders. §  Collaborating with other analysts and stakeholders to develop and test hypotheses and provide data-driven recommendations. § Identifying opportunities to improve data quality, streamline processes, and enhance reporting capabilities. Ø  Analytical skills: §  He candidate should have excellent analytical skills and be able to apply statistical methods to draw insights from data. Ø  Communication skills §  The candidate should be able to effectively communicate their findings to non-technical stakeholders, and be able to present complex data in a clear and concise manner. Ø  Problem-solving skills: §  Look for candidates who are able to identify problems, propose solutions, and work independently to solve them. Ø  Attention to detail: ·        Data analysis requires a high degree of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability of results. Ø  Experience: ·        Look for candidates who have at least 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, and have worked with large data sets, databases, and data visualization tools.
