Role & responsibilities

• Analyse current situation (As-is), identify improvement opportunities and recommend ideas for Improvement
• Identify loopholes in process for next level improvement
• Interpreting data analysis results, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations based on the findings to support business decisions and strategies
• Should be able to work with group of people as a team and thrive for results
• Keeping up to date with the latest data analysis techniques, tools, and industry trends, and continuously improving technical and analytical skills
• Should be able to meet stringent deadlines under pressure
• Communicate issues/challenges/achievements proactively with all process owners
• Interpreting data analysis results, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations based on the findings to support business decisions and strategies
• Positive approach for handling situations
• Managing Queues and Allocation Process
• Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations, and the ability to ensure

Educational Background
