Job Description

*****Urgent Hiring in Genpact for Data Analyst*****

Permanent role

Location: only Hyderabad - Genpact Uppal office

Work mode: Hybrid (3 days)

Shift Timings- 12 PM to 10 PM IST

Looking for Immediate to early joiners (0-30 days' notice period)

Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

Analyse datasets and build automated dashboards/reports.
Use Power Query and SQL for data cleaning and transformation.
Automate recurring reports using VBA scripting.
Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
Present analytical findings clearly to business stakeholders.

Skills Required:

Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Array Formulas, Conditional Formatting).
VBA / Macros for automation (Option Explicit, dynamic references).
SQL / MS Access for data extraction and reporting.
Data visualization, KPI tracking, and accuracy in reporting.

Preferred:

Experience in MIS reporting, process improvement, or automation projects.
Strong analytical mindset and communication skills.
