Dark store Manager

We are looking for an experienced Dark Store / Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our ZipMart dark store in Gaya. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth inventory control, fast order fulfillment, and team efficiency in line with our promise of ultra-fast delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily dark store operations – receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Maintain accurate inventory and minimize losses or discrepancies.

Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely dispatch.

Supervise and train warehouse staff / pickers / packers.

Monitor order fulfillment speed and accuracy using ZipMart systems.

Handle vendor coordination for restocking and supply.

Maintain safety, hygiene, and compliance at the store.

Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management.

Requirements:

Graduate (Preferred: Supply Chain / Operations / Management).

1-2 years of experience in warehouse, retail backend, or dark store operations.

Strong knowledge of inventory & team management.

Proficiency in Excel / WMS software / app-based order systems.

Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Performance KPIs:

Order accuracy

Average dispatch time

Inventory accuracy

Shrinkage/wastage
