Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Oversee day-to-day operations of the dal mill (cleaning, grading, processing, packing) Handle customer sample requests – arrange, pack, and dispatch product samples Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and stock management Supervise labor, machine operators, and other staff Monitor machine maintenance, downtime, and service schedules Maintain quality control throughout production Coordinate logistics and dispatch of finished goods Maintain records of samples sent, production, and stock levels Regularly update management with reports and suggestions for improvement Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with company standards Skills Required : Good understanding of dal mill operations and machinery Experience in handling customer queries and dispatching product samples Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, or inventory software Ability to multitask and manage a team effectively Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
