Job Title: D365 Senior Production (MFG) Functional Consultant Location: Onsite (Chennai / Hyderabad/Bengaluru) Job Description: We are looking for a highly experienced and driven D365 Senior Production (Manufacturing) Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (including AX2009/AX2012). The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to large-scale rollouts and the ability to lead business workshops, requirement gathering, and implementation across core manufacturing and finance processes. Roles & Responsibilities: 7+ years of experience in D365 F&O / AX with a specialization in Production (Manufacturing) modules. Proven expertise in large rollout projects , managing full-cycle implementations. Conduct and lead analysis and design workshops with business stakeholders. Strong functional knowledge in: Production and Planning modules Inventory Management and Costing Core Finance modules (GL, AR, AP, FA) Evaluate and streamline production processes , offering strategic improvements. Lead and manage offshore Finance and Manufacturing functional consultants . Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions. Manage key implementation phases including CRP, UAT, Go-Live, and Support . Prepare comprehensive documentation: Functional Design Documents (FDD) Fit-Gap Analysis Training materials Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including customer-facing roles. Must be open to working onsite from the customers location . Required Skills: Deep domain knowledge in Manufacturing, Inventory, and Finance Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O / AX2009 / AX2012 Strong leadership and workshop facilitation skills Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
