Job Description

Role Overview:

Marketing module

Key Responsibilities:

Lead functional design and configuration of D365 Marketing and Real-Time Marketing modules.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Support QA activities including test case validation, UAT coordination, and defect triaging.

Provide guidance on best practices for customer journeys, segments, triggers, and analytics within Real-Time Marketing.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE with at least 2 years in D365 Marketing.

Hands-on experience with Real-Time Marketing features such as event triggers, journeys, and personalization.

Strong understanding of CRM data models, customer insights, and marketing automation workflows.

Excellent communication and coordination skills across business and technical teams.

Experience in QA processes and tools is a plus.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Marketing or CE are preferred.

About the Role:

- You will be responsible for implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and CRM solutions with a focus on marketing functionalities.
