D2C Operations & Fulfilment Manager

At Smylo, we’re building India’s most loved cat food brand 🐱💛 — and scaling fast! We’re now looking for someone who can take charge of our operations & fulfilment across sales channels

🔑 What You’ll Do

1. Own and manage end-to-end order fulfilment across D2C website, marketplaces, and 3PL warehouses.

2. Oversee inventory planning, stock allocation & replenishment across warehouses.

3. Implement and optimize WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), ensuring 100% order accuracy and timely dispatches.

4. Manage 3PL partners, courier aggregators & last-mile logistics to ensure cost-effective and reliable delivery.

5. Monitor and improve operational KPIs (TAT, RTOs, delivery SLAs, etc.).

✅ What We’re Looking For

1. 2–3 years of hands-on experience in D2C / e-commerce logistics & fulfilment.

2. Strong knowledge of WMS, 3PLs, courier partners, and order management systems.

3. Analytical mindset with ability to track metrics & drive efficiency improvements.

4. Hustler attitude: comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

5. Experience with multi-channel fulfilment (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Q-Com, etc.).
