Were looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive to manage order processing, inventory, vendor coordination, and payment reconciliation. Youll ensure smooth daily operations and support cross-functional teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Handle L2/L3 customer escalations and coordinate resolutions with internal teams
- Track daily order processing, QC status, and stock dispatch
- Plan inventory based on sales trends and DRR
- Reconcile GRNs and coordinate inventory with vendors and warehouses
- Manage vendor billing, PO validation, and invoice queries
- Reconcile prepaid/COD payments and resolve mismatches with finance
- Prepare reports on NRV, inventory, and billing discrepancies
- Monitor Razorpay for refunds and settlements
- Update listings, pricing, and stock on Shopify
- Support integrations with Shiprocket, Unicommerce, and other platforms.
