D2C & E-commerce Performance Manager (Fashion Apparel)

As a D2C & Performance Manager (Fashion Apparel) at our Marketing & Growth department in Noida, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and profitability through digital and e-commerce channels. Reporting to the Marketing Head, your responsibilities encompass performance marketing, DTC sales, e-commerce operations, and fostering collaboration across various functions to boost online revenue. Your key responsibilities will include executing ROI-driven marketing strategies on platforms like Google, Meta, YouTube, SEO, influencers, and affiliates. You will be tasked with optimizing the DTC sales funnel, focusing on metrics such as AOV, CVR, and LTV. Additionally, you will lead e-commerce operations, managing key metrics like CAC, ROAS, and CVR. Campaign planning, traffic analytics, and budget management will also fall under your purview, along with driving creative content and influencer strategies. In this role, you will be expected to enhance website user experience and mobile responsiveness, while collaborating effectively with teams across product, finance, and logistics departments. Leveraging analytics tools such as GA4, GTM, Meta, and CRM will be instrumental in driving growth through data-driven insights. Your performance will be measured against KPIs including Net Revenue, ROAS, CAC, AOV, CVR, Bounce Rate, Retention, LTV, Campaign CPA/CTR/CPM, RTO%, and Delivery TAT. The ideal candidate for this role is strategic, highly analytical, execution-focused, a fast learner, and excels in high-growth environments. Qualifications required include a minimum of 5+ years post-MBA or 6+ years post-B.Tech experience, with a proven track record in DTC e-commerce and performance marketing. Proficiency in tools like Shopify, GA4, Meta/Google Ads, Klaviyo, and Hotjar is essential. Strong leadership skills, data literacy, and a passion for fitness, lifestyle, or fashion are also desired. Soft skills such as leadership, communication, strategic thinking, adaptability, and negotiation will be crucial in driving success in this dynamic role.,
