As a D2C & Performance Manager in the Fashion Apparel industry, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability through digital and e-commerce channels. Reporting to the Marketing Head, you will lead performance marketing, DTC sales, e-commerce operations, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance online revenue. Qualifications for this role include a minimum of 5+ years post-MBA or 6+ years post-B.Tech experience, with a proven track record of success in DTC e-commerce and performance marketing. Proficiency in tools such as Shopify, GA4, Meta/Google Ads, Klaviyo, and Hotjar is required. Strong leadership skills, data literacy, and a passion for fitness, lifestyle, or fashion are also essential.
