Role Description:
• Engage with potential D2C customers through WhatsApp, calls, and social media and manage sales.
• Approach creators and influencers for affiliate collaborations.
• Manage and update customer database (CRM) with leads, orders, and follow-ups.
• Driving sales through e-commerce platforms.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve sales approach.

• Good communication and networking skills.
• Customer-first mindset with empathy.
• Discipline in maintaining CRM/data records.
• Positive attitude with problem-solving ability.
