Mandatory Skills :

• Develop and maintain clean, well-structured PHP code (PHP 8+).
• Build, customize, and maintain plugins for platforms like WordPress, Magento, OpenCart, and PrestaShop.
• Migrate existing PHP plugins to JavaScript while maintaining functionality and performance.
• Integrate and test payment gateways within CMS platforms.
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
• Optimize plugin and site performance, including speed and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software and databases.
• Collaborate with designers to implement effective, user-friendly UI/UX.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Conduct plugin testing and debugging across CMS platforms.
  

Must Have Skills

• Strong knowledge of PHP 8+ and OOP principles.
• Experience with WordPress plugin and theme development.
• Hands-on experience with Magento, OpenCart, or PrestaShop.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
• Strong frontend skills in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Experience with plugin testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with MySQL and database-driven development.
• Ability to write secure, maintainable, and scalable code.
  

Good To Have Skills

• Experience migrating PHP plugins to JavaScript or modern JS frameworks.
• Knowledge of payment gateway integration (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
• Understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous data handling.
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript (ES6+) and modular JS architecture.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Exposure to UX/UI design principles and customer-centric development.
• Knowledge of CMS best practices and plugin architecture patterns.
