Job Summary:

Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical pre-sales process for cybersecurity solutions across a wide range of clients and industry sectors.
• Understand customer requirements, pain points, and business objectives to propose tailored cybersecurity solutions.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and technical presentations.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop and position cybersecurity offerings.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical responses.
• Assist in creating solution architecture and designing high-level security solutions.
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of cybersecurity tools, platforms, and best practices.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging cybersecurity technologies.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum

  5 years of hands-on experience

  in

  cybersecurity

  and

  pre-sales

  roles.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR), and threat landscapes.
• Proven ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with security solutions such as SIEM, SOC, endpoint security, firewalls, IAM, DLP, vulnerability management, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Relevant certifications (preferred): CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, etc.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Experience in working with cybersecurity OEMs or consulting firms.
• Familiarity with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a strong plus.
