Job Description

Role Overview: At PwC, as a member of the business application consulting team, your primary focus will be on providing consulting services for various business applications to help clients optimize their operational efficiency. You will be responsible for analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support to ensure seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Specifically in SAP compliance and security at PwC, you will concentrate on confirming compliance and enhancing security within SAP applications. By analyzing client requirements, implementing security measures, and providing guidance on compliance with regulatory standards, you will assist clients in mitigating risks, safeguarding sensitive data, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Should have 4-9 years of experience in SAP Security (S4 Hana/BW/BI/Fiori) and SAP GRC Tools - Proficient in designing, developing, and maintaining the company's SAP user management and security architecture across SAP environments, involving hands-on role design and build for various SAP applications and databases like S/4 HANA, GRC, BW, BPC, MDG, Solman, and Fiori. - Experience with cloud application components such as IBP, IAG, Ariba, SAC, and SuccessFactors. - Design and develop roadmaps for SAP Security & GRC project landscapes from design to execution. - Analyze issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment while contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives. - Good working knowledge of SAP GRC 10.X or 12.0 Access Control, Process Control, Risk management & IDM with configuration and administration. - Conduct Governance Risk Compliance sessions/workshops with business and Functional teams. - Strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, risks, and mitigating controls. - Collaborate with internal audit and the SOX IT Compliance team to evaluate Segregation of Duties conflicts and reduce SoD conflicts. - Proficient in HANA database role configuration and user administration. - Work closely with PMO on project deliverables and priorities, troubleshoot issues, and implement appropriate solutions. - Design and build security roles and authorizations, identify risks and compliance issues by running segregation of duties checks. - Develop test cases, perform unit testing, and resolve issues.
