As a SAP GRC Security Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience, your core responsibilities will include managing user creation, role assignments, and authorizations across various SAP landscapes such as ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc. You will be tasked with performing user and role maintenance using tools like SU01, PFCG, SU10, SUIM. Additionally, you will configure and support SAP GRC Access Control modules including Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), Business Role Management (BRM), and Emergency Access Management (EAM. Your role will involve maintaining and customizing rulesets, mitigating controls, and risk analysis configurations. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining single, derived, and composite roles in alignment with business requirements. You will support internal and external audit activities by providing necessary user access and role information, addressing audit findings, and assisting in implementing corrective actions. Additionally, you will provide Level 2/3 support for GRC and SAP security-related incidents. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control and SAP Security. A solid understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts, authorization concepts, and SAP security best practices is required. Familiarity with SAP Audit and Compliance policies is a plus.
