Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Manager to join our team at R1 RCM, with 5-10 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security strategies to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Design and implement secure network architectures and systems to prevent data breaches and cyber attacks.
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures for timely and effective response to security incidents.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to employees on cyber security best practices and policies.
Job Requirements
  • Strong understanding of cyber security principles, including threat analysis, vulnerability management, and risk assessment.
  • Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and other cyber security tools.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and NIST.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical information and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
