Job Description

Role & responsibilities New Customer Acquisition : Identify, approach, and convert potential clients in the Pune and surrounding industrial belts. Client Servicing : Manage and support both existing and new clients by providing timely solutions, product support, and technical advice. Product Trials : Conduct trials of Wintech cutting tools at customer sites, ensuring correct application and performance validation. Technical Consultation : Understand machining applications, suggest appropriate tooling solutions, and follow up on results. Sales & Reporting : Meet monthly sales targets, maintain CRM or daily call reports, and update the management with market feedback. Preferred candidate profile Based in Pune or nearby industrial area with knowledge of local manufacturing sectors Previous experience with cutting tool manufacturers or distributors Exposure to machine shops, CNC operations , or automotive/engineering industries Proactive, technically sound, and confident in conducting tool trials independently Has a valid driving license and two-wheeler for field visits Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English for effective local and professional communication Strong follow-up skills and a result-oriented attitude
