We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customs Filing Associate to handle the submission and management of customs documentation through online platforms. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely submissions, maintaining compliance with customs regulations, and coordinating with clients for acquiring required documents.

Key Responsibilities: -----

1. Documentation Management

   :

1)Prepare and review customs documents, such as Bills of Entry and Shipping Bills.

2)Submit import/export declarations through online portals.

1. Online Filing

   :

1) Handle online filings through government platforms (e.g., ICEGATE in India or similar systems).

2) Track filing status and resolve submission errors or rejections.

1. Compliance

   :

1) Ensure adherence to customs rules, regulations, and timelines.

2) Update records as per regulatory requirements and maintain proper documentation for audits.

1. Coordination

   :

1) Communicate with clients and internal teams to collect necessary data and documentation.

2) Liaise with customs officials and other stakeholders to resolve issues, if any.
