Job Description

Role Overview: As a key member of the product implementation and adoption teams at Zenoti, your primary responsibility will be to deliver engaging and effective training to Zenoti customers through various formats such as live sessions, online webinars, and remote training. You will also be involved in designing and developing e-learning content using tools like Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Captivate. Additionally, you will collaborate with customers to assess training needs, create tailored training plans, and support product implementation to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption. Keeping abreast of Zenoti's product features, business workflows, and market trends will be crucial to ensure training content remains relevant and impactful. Your role will also involve analyzing customer usage data, support tickets, and feedback to continuously enhance training effectiveness and contribute to the overall training strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging and effective training to Zenoti customers through live sessions, online webinars, and remote training. - Design and develop e-learning content using tools like Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Captivate. - Create standardized instructional materials and training curricula with clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes. - Collaborate with customers to assess training needs and develop tailored training plans. - Support product implementation remotely or onsite to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption. - Stay updated with Zenoti's product features, business workflows, and market trends. - Analyze customer usage data, support tickets, and feedback to improve training effectiveness. - Contribute to the overall training strategy by defining and tracking key performance indicators and outcomes. - Drive product adoption and customer satisfaction through high-quality training delivery and content creation. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in developing and delivering customer training for SaaS or enterprise-level applications. - Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Camtasia Studio, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS). - Strong instructional design background or understanding of adult learning principles. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong customer service orientation and ability to work with global clients. - Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage customer expectations and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Experience with SaaS platforms and enterprise software. - Proficiency in MS Office tools. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing training or instructional design role. - Fluency in European or Southeast Asian languages is a plus. - Willingness to travel up to 10%.
