Customer Support(International)

As a Customer Support Executive for international voice/non-voice processes at our company in Gurugram, your primary responsibility will be to handle customer queries and issues through calls, emails, or chat. Your communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences globally will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer queries and issues for international clients using various communication channels. - Ensure accurate information and timely resolutions while upholding service quality standards. - Effectively manage customer escalations with empathy and professionalism. - Document customer interactions, feedback, and solutions in CRM tools. - Collaborate with internal teams to address technical or service-related concerns. - Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and response time. - Stay updated on company products, services, and policies. Key Requirements: - Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. - Possess a minimum of 1 year of international customer support experience (voice or non-voice). - Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Ability to interact with global customers with cultural sensitivity and patience. - Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts. Preferred Skills: - Experience in international BPO/outsourcing processes. - Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce. - Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills.
