Customer Support Voice/Non-Voice

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through voice/non-voice channels, demonstrating strong communication skills. Your role will involve making and receiving calls related to special clients and projects, gathering comprehensive information to meet customer needs, encouraging feedback from customers, and following up on corrective actions. You will also be responsible for converting handwritten bills into digital data, addressing banking-related queries via email, preparing reports with the manager for senior management review, and managing calling budgetary requirements. To qualify for this position, you must hold a relevant graduate degree and possess strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills. Excellent verbal communication, customer focus, problem-solving abilities, and lead generation skills are essential for this role.
