Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Support Voice/Non Voice representative with excellent communication skills, you will be responsible for handling all call-related tasks as instructed by the respective managers. Your role will involve engaging with different business units within the Enterprise, providing top-notch customer service, managing transaction reports, maintaining report accuracy, and working effectively in a team environment. Additionally, you will be expected to make and receive calls for special clients and projects, prioritize multiple work requirements, resolve customer queries efficiently, handle email/chat requests, and gather comprehensive information to fulfill customer needs. Moreover, you will need to encourage feedback from customers, digitize handwritten bills, address banking-related queries, conduct analysis, and create reports for senior management while adhering to budgetary requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Handle calls from various business units within the Enterprise - Provide exceptional customer service - Manage transaction reports with accuracy - Work effectively in a team environment - Make and receive calls for special clients and projects - Prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines - Resolve customer queries in a timely manner - Respond to customer requests via email/chat for prompt resolutions - Gather complete information to fulfill customer needs - Encourage customer feedback and take corrective actions when necessary - Convert handwritten bills into digital data - Address banking-related queries via email - Collaborate with the manager to conduct analysis and create reports for senior management - Manage calling budgetary requirements Qualifications & Skills: - Graduate in any relevant discipline - Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills - Excellent verbal communication abilities - Customer-focused with a strong problem-solving aptitude - Ability to generate leads based on insights provided by the manager,
