Job Description

You will be responsible for leading a team of customer support executives in a domestic inbound process with a team size of 35-40 members. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and driving team performance, productivity, and adherence to service level targets. - Providing regular feedback and coaching to enhance team effectiveness. - Handling customer escalations and ensuring prompt resolution.
