Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone and email with empathy and precision
• Provide accurate, timely solutions to a range of customer issues
• Escalate unresolved matters to appropriate internal teams
• Document all customer interactions with clarity and consistency
• Collaborate with teams to improve support processes and customer satisfaction
• Adhere to internal policies, SLAs, and service standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent written and spoken communication in English
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
• Cool-headed multitasker who thrives under pressure
• Keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with CRMs, ticketing systems, or customer service tools (nice to have)
• Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
