At Satopradhan, we are looking for Customer Support Specialists for providing exceptional service and support to customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• A bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with order processing, returns, and product queries.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain records of customer support interactions and resolutions.
• Share feedback and help improve our customer support systems.
• Stay updated with product knowledge to offer better customer support.

Work timings: 9 am to 6 pm
