Job Description We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Executive who will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support.To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional appearance. These skills will prove invaluable when mediating with customers. An outstanding customer support executive should possess a proven track record of successful customer service and time management skills Job Responsibilities:  Focus will be on grievance solutions and feedback processes.  Overseeing the customer service process.  Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.  Standardization of service delivery.  Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.  Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.  Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.  Supporting the customer through an email ticketing system and phone calls.  Resolving customer complaints and queries.  Providing detailed information to customers.  Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference.  Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.  Following up with customers for any further information.  Taking feedback from the customers.  Negotiating the terms and conditions with the customer.  Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.  Adhering to the company’s rules and regulations. Job Requirements :  A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.  A minimum of 2 or 3 years experience.  Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.  Computer skills.  Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
