About the Role: We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Intern to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, love learning new things, and want real work experience in HR, this internship is for you! What You’ll Do: 1. Help with Hiring (Recruitment): Set up interviews and keep track of follow-ups. Support new employee joining formalities. 2. Support Training Programs: Help plan and organize training sessions. Arrange materials, track attendance, and collect feedback. Assist in making presentations and training content. 3. HR & Office Work: Keep employee records updated. Help prepare simple HR reports and presentations. Support team activities, events, and engagement ideas. 4. Learn and Improve: Share ideas to improve HR policies and training. Work on small projects to help make the workplace better. Who Can Apply: You’re studying or have completed a degree/diploma , BA, MA, BSC, any other field. You stay organized and can manage time well. You know the basics of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. You can keep private information safe and act professionally. What You’ll Learn: Real experience in HR work and training. How to manage people-related tasks in a company. Work on real projects and help make employees’ work lives better.
